• Mentoring programs involving Drake, ABI and the University of Iowa.
• The mentoring of a science-based company sponsored by the Plant Sciences Institute (Iowa State).
• Participation on the private sector board of PSI.
• Systematic access to retired executives through SEMEE.
• A program co-sponsored with the Iowa Association of Business & Industry (“Three Page Business Plan”).
